01 Definitions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document. Where the context permits, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

02 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the hibeje platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with the hibeje Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and hibeje.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I agree" or equivalent confirmation checkbox, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the hibeje platform, you acknowledge that:

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Termination & Suspension

hibeje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Receipt of a valid legal demand from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests

Upon account closure for reasons other than player-initiated closure or responsible gaming self-exclusion, any real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after deducting any amounts owed to hibeje. Bonus funds and associated winnings are not refundable upon account closure due to Terms breach. Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting hibeje support via live chat.

12 Amendments to These Terms

hibeje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
